Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is very intuitive and easy to use. It replaced Salesforce and SalesLoft as our main CRM. I do like the ease of it. However, I do not like how you cannot call a number prospecting and all numbers called using their dialer are already in the CRM as a lead under a company. I also do not like how you can not change the notes' names. Our whole organization is currently using it and enjoying it. All and all, very easy to use and record deals and activities.

- Dialer needs one not attached to a lead or company.
- Notes: Need to edit the note name.
- Lifecycle stages should be easier to view.
- Too soon to tell yet.
We track different things and have been having a hard time naming and uploading lists from marketing.
- Salesloft and Salesforce Einstein Analytics (formerly Wave Analytics)
HubSpot CRM does certain things very well.
