Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It is used to standardize our messaging, collateral, and meetings processes to external partners and clients. It solves the business problem of ambiguity and not knowing how to respond, or how to expedite the meeting booking process. HubSpot CRM is used by marketing as a central location for all our contacts and the data they hold for segmentation.

  • Data hygiene/De-duplication.
  • More powerful workflows that trigger all the time.
  • Parent-child relationships between accounts.
  • Better deal visibility for deals that involve multiple accounts.
  • Automating the entire lead follow-up process.
  • Nurturing through workflows based on segmented audience.
  • Improving responsiveness and partner/client experiences.
It is probably the easiest to use if someone has little experience or understanding of how HubSpot CRM works. The formatting of properties is a bit more technical and the CMS aspects are more challenging, but for email deployment and workflow management, it is very straightforward and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone who is a CRM beginner.
HubSpot CRM is more robust and is easier for us to maintain the data by having the marketing automation component separate from our core database, which is Dynamics CE. The ability to aggregate data and ease of use was the biggest factor when deciding to go with HubSpot CRM. Also from a cost basis, we were able to reduce the number of additional plug-ins and tools by centralizing with HubSpot CRM.

Very easy to use and learn. The interface is very intuitive and makes importing, and keeping one contact record in the system very simple. The associations based on domains are also a great feature. It is suited for conventional organizations that work B2B specifically but can get tweaked to work for the B2B channel or B2C.
