I've been using HubSpot CRM for three years, and it's an invaluable tool for keeping track of my pipeline and tasks that need to be completed. For day-to-day interactions, it lets me know what tasks that I need to complete that day. It allows me to log emails, phone calls, and notes, which helps me keep track of where I'm at in the sales process and any intelligence I have about the prospect.
