We use HubSpot CRM to navigate our leads through our funnel. It helps keep our flow organized. We use HubSpot CRM to track and capture inbound leads from various marketing channels, such as Facebook and Instagram ads, Linkedin ads, and Google ads. Great support team whenever you need them. Refined tool. Recommend.

The fact that we are able to track communication between each lead allows us to align our goals and work to achieve them. We also enjoy how leads generated from Paid per Click campaigns are automatically added to our CRM database. Other tools, such as sequences, allows us to automate our entire welcome flow.
The majority of our CRM use is with HubSpot CRM and do not have adequate experience to compare the two tools. We have not found a need to switch to another tool as of yet.
