Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to navigate our leads through our funnel. It helps keep our flow organized. We use HubSpot CRM to track and capture inbound leads from various marketing channels, such as Facebook and Instagram ads, Linkedin ads, and Google ads. Great support team whenever you need them. Refined tool. Recommend.

HubSpot CRM's quick and efficient customer service keeps us loyal to the tool.
The majority of our CRM use is with HubSpot CRM and do not have adequate experience to compare the two tools. We have not found a need to switch to another tool as of yet.

Hubspot CRM is great at tracking a lead's journey through a sales funnel as it combines company information, deal information, and previous communications with each individual lead. HubSpot CRM allows internal team members to take notes and track the progress of each lead amongst each other. We use it on a daily basis.
