Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

One specific sales department of our company uses HubSpot CRM. We use it to manage customer deals and track where customers are at in the onboarding process. We also use it to create project tickets for our team. It works perfectly for our needs! We are able to add multiple users, tag each other in tickets and deals, and track customer progress and follow-up.

HubSpot CRM is easier to use than other CRM software we've used. It is simple to visualize deals, sales, contacts, pipelines, and more. It's easy for the whole team to communicate and work together, making sure we don't duplicate work. Overall, it's much easier than any of the alternatives we tried.
We chose HubSpot for this division of the company because of the price and ease of use. We love the pipeline visualization feature - it allows us to track customer progress and communication. We also needed a ticketing system, and HubSpot CRM has one built-in. Overall, HubSpot CRM provides all the features we need to run this area of the company.

We use HubSpot CRM to create project tickets for our team. Team members can pick up a ticket, comment on it with questions or updates, and change the ticket's status. We also use HubSpot CRM to track progress on customer accounts. We can move them through a sales funnel and provide each other with updates.

Using HubSpot CRM

3 - The sales and customer support/implementation team in one department of our company uses HubSpot CRM. They use it to track customer progress, correspondence, and any customer account updates. HubSpot CRM helps to keep the team organized, coordinated, and synchronized. Other departments use their own customer progress tracking software, but HubSpot CRM works perfectly for that department
Support for our HubSpot CRM system isn't hard. The system itself handles everything we need. When we have a question, it is easy to find a help article or support agent online to answer that question. Most of the features in the software are very intuitive and easy to navigate, making it easy for the whole team to use the product without any issues.
