One specific sales department of our company uses HubSpot CRM. We use it to manage customer deals and track where customers are at in the onboarding process. We also use it to create project tickets for our team. It works perfectly for our needs! We are able to add multiple users, tag each other in tickets and deals, and track customer progress and follow-up.

Our sales and marketing teams are much better at coordination, alignment, and cooperation now that we use Hubspot CRM. We are able to communicate internally so we don't duplicate anything. We create project tickets and team members can easily claim a ticket to let others know they're working on it.

We chose HubSpot for this division of the company because of the price and ease of use. We love the pipeline visualization feature - it allows us to track customer progress and communication. HubSpot CRM helps to keep the team organized, coordinated, and synchronized. Other departments use their own customer progress tracking software, but HubSpot CRM works perfectly for that department
Support for our HubSpot CRM system isn't hard. The system itself handles everything we need. When we have a question, it is easy to find a help article or support agent online to answer that question. Most of the features in the software are very intuitive and easy to navigate, making it easy for the whole team to use the product without any issues.
