Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The software helped manage current and potential customers from marketing to databases. We originally used the sales and marketing divisions specifically to manage the clients of our business center and keep track of potential clients and advertisements but lately, we have been having trouble with the main tool we used which was mass emailing our current customers because [of] new HubSpot restrictions.

It's appropriate when your focus is online sales, when you have products to sell, and when you need a lot of data to analyze or manage huge databases. It's not well suited for services, real state, [or] for small businesses.
