Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The software helped manage current and potential customers from marketing to databases. We originally used the sales and marketing divisions specifically to manage the clients of our business center and keep track of potential clients and advertisements but lately, we have been having trouble with the main tool we used which was mass emailing our current customers because [of] new HubSpot restrictions.

- The tech support needs to step up [in my opinion]

- The software isn't “paying for itself” since we end up doing most business outside of it because it's hard to manage
- HubSpot-savvy employees are scarce
- They keep placing limits to the tools we can use
