Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot as our single source of truth for all Sales related data and processes. The marketing team uses Hubspot extensively as well because of the amazing flexibility to integrate it with numerous other products.
- List segmentation based on filters (every field can be used in filters!)
- Workflows.
- Landing Pages.
- Dashboards and Reports.
- Email Sequencing and automation.
- Be able to make edits to HubSpot standard fields as some of them need customization based on our needs but since it's not editable, we need to make an entirely new field just with slight modifications sometimes.
- Customizable Kanban view.
- Better options and features in bulk imports.
- Ability to clean bulk amounts of data on the CRM.
- Better visualization of sales pipeline.
- Smooth sales operations as everything is in a single place.
- Cost saving.
