I use it to give support to our users, solve everyday issues, help them create their organization, add employees, set up our tracker apps, be sure they are working as intended, and upload data to our cloud.

You can find what you need and what you are working on with fewer clicks.

It's a great tool to get in contact with customers, chat feature allows you to go back and forward while chatting with them, you can personalize your email communication, add snippets, saving you a lot of time when sending on repetitive content.

It gets a little tricky when you are communicating with someone who speaks a different language because it doesn't show translation.
