HubSpot works because it doesn't crash like so many others I have used in the past
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to keep track of leads, or deals, to move them through our sales pipeline. We have other links to our own internal platform so we can track our current customers. HubSpot makes it simple for me to get my day planned and be intelligent about how I approach sales, which leads to more deals won. Having the flexibility to scale to match the volume of customers as our company grows is vital to our success.
Pros
- Allows for customized email templates to be designed and used - I can very quickly find exactly the right template I need to get important information to my prospects and customers quickly and efficiently.
- Allows for easy internal communication about accounts among team members - it's easy to track who is working which account and share notes.
Cons
- There are some limitations about which video email apps easily integrate with HS CRM.
We have regular updates and meetings regarding our email campaigns and the automations in effect. This allows us to be more diligent when reaching out to our prospects and customers. HubSpot is the "hub" around which our sales and marketing team revolves, it gives us a common ground when reaching out to each other.

I don't have a choice which CRM my company uses, I simply work here, but I love it compared others I have used in the past. It integrates well with others and doesn't crash all the time like they do.
