Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot for just about every part of the organization process. From call notes, to email integration, prioritizing tasks, to keeping track of the sales process. With templates and organization, being able to organize the type of sales, lead process, and quality of leads has been a new level of helpful. HubSpot has massively cut down on the amount of brain power it takes to keep track of a sales strategy.
Pros
- Template organization.
- Call logs.
- Lead process tracker.
- Lead quality tracker.
Cons
- Integration with other tools like WhatsApp or textPlus would be a big help while contacting clients.
- Allowing prioritization of tasks could be improved with either number, star, or color priorities rather than considering everything on the same level.
- Calendar integration with google could also be improved and easy to manage.
- Sales training.
- Work load increase.
- Faster revenue.
Marketing can track the data of their salesforce. Gaining a knowledge of what emails need to be sent allows the sales team to work with the marketing team to see what was looked at online before engaging with the customer. The process is smoothed out and only can get better with more information input.
