Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for just about every part of the organization process. From call notes, to email integration, prioritizing tasks, to keeping track of the sales process. With templates and organization, being able to organize the type of sales, lead process, and quality of leads has been a new level of helpful. HubSpot has massively cut down on the amount of brain power it takes to keep track of a sales strategy.
  • Template organization.
  • Call logs.
  • Lead process tracker.
  • Lead quality tracker.
  • Integration with other tools like WhatsApp or textPlus would be a big help while contacting clients.
  • Allowing prioritization of tasks could be improved with either number, star, or color priorities rather than considering everything on the same level.
  • Calendar integration with google could also be improved and easy to manage.
  • Sales training.
  • Work load increase.
  • Faster revenue.
HubSpot's features seem to keep growing. Other CRMs have things that HubSpot does not, but they are often times not organized. Better organized CRMs are what they are made to be. The UI is well thought out to allow for the tools for the respective tasks and team members are at hand.

Using HubSpot allows you to be able to keep track of exactly what clients you are working with any when. Going back to track calls I have had or emails I sent based on the client alone. HubSpot's CRM setup allows a full workspace for each customer and associated customers allowing your brain to full focus on who is at hand rather than splitting many different tasks in your mind at once.
