Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to organize the inbound leads that come into us, manage all of our outreach--(emails, texts, calls, future tasks), forecast and track our monthly deals, as well as assess team contributions to outreach. HubSpot is our primary CRM for leads and we have about 6 active sales team members using HubSpot on a daily basis.
  • Tracking email opens and clicks.
  • Automatically noting and recording calls.
  • Streamlining and automating processes for email marketing (templates, workflows, sequences).
  • Not being able to pull lists of Deals.
  • Not being able to sync tasks to deals well, only contacts.
  • Shorter deal cycles.
I've primarily used HubSpot in the past, or a combination of HubSpot and Salesforce. I tend to prefer HubSpot but there are limitations in setting some parameters (ex: cannot save until a certain item is updated--love that in Salesforce).

HubSpot has been a very effective CRM for our team in terms of organizing our leads as we are scaling from a smaller to a larger start-up. The systems in place allow for new team members to jump in and see where a previous employee has left off. The email marketing functions we have in HubSpot also supplement the CRM system greatly so I would always recommend the pair to best maximize things.
