Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to organize the inbound leads that come into us, manage all of our outreach--(emails, texts, calls, future tasks), forecast and track our monthly deals, as well as assess team contributions to outreach. HubSpot is our primary CRM for leads and we have about 6 active sales team members using HubSpot on a daily basis.
Pros
- Tracking email opens and clicks.
- Automatically noting and recording calls.
- Streamlining and automating processes for email marketing (templates, workflows, sequences).
Cons
- Not being able to pull lists of Deals.
- Not being able to sync tasks to deals well, only contacts.
- Shorter deal cycles.
We don't really have distinct teams since we're a startup. I am the one person aligned doing both.
