Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot for lead generation as well as for outreach, it addresses the problem of being able to store leads and information all in one place where it is easy to go back and instantly know where you are at with a lead, it also helps with categorizing these leads so that you can go back through them

Both of our sales and marketing use the platform and we can communicate effectively through this as well as sharing content that may otherwise be difficult to manage or send out efficiently, we can store our premade templates on HubSpot as well as sending through there, it has streamlined the cooperation

I haven't used any other CRM systems, I think this questionnaire is missing an option for this as I now have to think of 50 words to say that I haven't before used a system other than HubSpot, on top of this question was already asked before so maybe it could be cut
