Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for lead generation as well as for outreach, it addresses the problem of being able to store leads and information all in one place where it is easy to go back and instantly know where you are at with a lead, it also helps with categorizing these leads so that you can go back through them

I haven't used any other forms of CRM software but it is very easy to use and I can't imagine using a different one at this point I'm fairly happy with all of the ways that my company use it, I will wait to see improvements in the industry for now

I haven't used any other CRM systems, I think this questionnaire is missing an option for this as I now have to think of 50 words to say that I haven't before used a system other than HubSpot, on top of this question was already asked before so maybe it could be cut

HubSpot is well suited when working through leads or generating more leads, without HubSpot this would be very difficult for us and it would also be really difficult to go back through and see where you are at with a lead, it's not so great in some ways as leads can be multiplied which is confusing

Using HubSpot CRM

200 - We use it to generate and hold our leads as well as using it for our outreach,
It's a great place to keep a track of conversations
4 - We have a couple of managers that oversea the crm as well as having a few senior members that can hand out leads and reassign

i dont know what we would do without the software, our life would be made way more difficult, all of my leads and conversations are stored there also
