Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot to track our lead's sales cycle [in order to] manage [our] sequencing. Hubspot is very useful because it provides clarity on closed deals and other aspects of [the] sales cycle. [We] also used Hubspot to track close: lost ratios which enables us to figure out the best way to reach our targeted client[s] and how to mitigate losses.

I have not used any other CRMs before, so I cannot compare Hubspot to [other products on the market]. However, Hubspot has been a joy to use. It took around a week [for me to feel] competent enough with the software. As [far as] work is concerned, Hubspot does a great job integrating the important bits to ensure [my productivity] flow is continuously in motion.

Hub spot is very well suited for tracking your deals, [gathering] information about [such said leads] and providing clarity [as to] what is happening in the sales cycle. The sequence section on Hubspot can be improved in the sense that sent emails can be modifiable. This could save a lot of time, especially if an email is being tweaked or edited.
