Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot to track our lead's sales cycle [in order to] manage [our] sequencing. Hubspot is very useful because it provides clarity on closed deals and other aspects of [the] sales cycle. [We] also used Hubspot to track close: lost ratios which enables us to figure out the best way to reach our targeted client[s] and how to mitigate losses.

[I] cannot provide information on this as we currently don’t use Hubspot as a marketing tool. Rather, we use Hubspot to procure new clients through the contact feature, which enables us to send sequences. Additionally, our parameters during the sales cycle allows us to filter our leads based on the allocated information available [in] Hubspot. As such, we can only progress [with] a lead if [it] has the necessary information, which means [that the leads are] being funneled in the sales cycle.
