Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We are an extremely fast-paced sales environment featuring [a] myriad [of] client needs. HubSpot CRM provides second-to-none organizational protocols that drive sales beyond what we might have otherwise been able to achieve. [Our] sales have been upwardly trending ever since we implemented HubSpot CRM. We are finding that the more features in HubSpot CRM we use, the greater our communication as a team [becomes as well as bettering] our service [for our] customers.
Pros
- HubSpot shifts from sales pipeline to pipeline very fluidly
- Emailing from HubSpot is particularly easy because of the ease of template and snippet functions
- HubSpot does a great job integrating our sales and marketing needs
Cons
- Occasionally there is a hiccup in functionality when adding to call logs
- Sometimes there is hesitancy when downloading a site-generated document
- The buttons to move from Deals to Contacts could be a bit larger and centered
- Our sales reps find the platform easy-to-use and learn
- HubSpot provides an excellent ROI. It pays for itself by around January 13th!
- Our deal cycles are no shorter, but they are far more seamless
We find that [with] HubSpot CRM we need [lesser] in-person [team] meetings [as] HubSpot CRM offers almost all the integration we need with just a few notes to [our] two teams; all the while management can easily monitor [our] progress and make recommendations as necessary. [Fewer] meetings mean more time spent with [our] clients therefore, more time [actively] interfacing with [those] clients and working on monetizing leads.
HubSpot CRM is easier to use and less expensive than Salesforce. I find the functionality is slightly faster as well. I can have multiple HubSpot CRM tabs open simultaneously and move from deal to deal or contact to contact effortlessly while talking with [my] clients. [I find that with] HubSpot CRM I [don't have] to scramble through extra screens [simply to find] the pertinent information I need at hand.
