Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I used HubSpot CRM mostly on the Sales Tab. All our Sales Activities are recorded there and it is very easy to use, a user-friendly at that. You can see in a single glance anything that has happened on our Sales, it's progress. And it is very functional. We can create as many pipelines as we want whenever deemed necessary in the business operations. Whenever invoice amounts and Deal's Amounts differ, it is easy to correct on HubSpot and there is no need for more complicated processes to do that.
  • Very user-friendly
  • All correspondence are traceable and can be tracked
  • All sales activities can be seen in a single glance
  • Maybe it can merge duplicate contacts automatically as long as they are in the same company.
  • Noise-cancelling on HubSpot calling
  • Invoicing on HubSpot
  • Cost savings
  • easier deals management
  • sales activity visibility
I only used SAP in the past. So compared to HubSpot, I must say it is easier to use, with less complex processes.
Well, because SAP is more complex compared to HubSpot so that's why I preferred HubSpot. Because SAP also is much appropriate for bigger companies too. I think it is not recommended for small to medium and startups companies.

Based on my experience, HubSpot is best suited for not businesses that processes are not complex. And I think if HubSpot can hold the finance and accounting side of the company, I think that would be great.
