Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it for a little bit of everything, it serves us as a database and at the same time to treat and contact prospects. On the other hand, it allows us to create their deals/contracts to send them to the rest of the team. An option to improve would be to integrate other social networks apart from Gmail to consolidate more the profile of each user.

it is very complete and its level of customization is enormous. on the other hand, it allows [integrating] other tools so it consolidates and groups all the info and tools in one. Better than Trello or Slack. It provides total control of the database and allows [tracking] all the actions performed.
as mentioned above, it allows you to tag any colleague to transfer information or share it. It also allows treating a deal jointly or adding a database. The lists also work great and the organization to treat them is very agile and controllable. It is a very complete tool that ends up being CRM in addition to Gmail, calendar, and deals.
allows integration with other tools (Gmail, calendar, etc.) allows more customization than all of them. Creation and integration of lists. Horizontal and group use for the whole company. Improved performance and resource optimization [Allow integrating] calls and emails, keeping the information of all activity performed. Creation of deals and contracts, as well as agreement proposals.

is very powerful for companies, I think for individuals as well. Maybe it doesn't fit so well in some sectors, but since it is so customizable I think it can be used in a multitude of scenarios.
