Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM helps keep track of all interactions with customers, create deals, implement marketing measures and simply guide you through the complete transaction. Working in Customer Care, I find it especially useful because of the number of details one can add to the user's profile and their deal.

- Help organize and categorize customers according to their preferences
- Schedule marketing campaigns and keep track of their performance
- I'd like to be able to customize the external view of my ticket pipelines a little more
