Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM helps keep track of all interactions with customers, create deals, implement marketing measures and simply guide you through the complete transaction. Working in Customer Care, I find it especially useful because of the number of details one can add to the user's profile and their deal.

More intuitive and user-friendly. You can customize more parts and adjust [them] to your needs. It offers plenty of tools and functionalities.
It has made the communication flow better between the two departments. It is now easier to keep track of our marketing actions.

From a Customer Care perspective, HubSpot is pretty flexible and can be customized to one's needs. I especially find the creation of pipelines pretty easy and like to be able to add all the properties I want to a customer's profile. On the other hand, sometimes there is a little too much room for customization and one might get lost in all the possibilities.
