Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use it to manage prospects and their contact info, pipelines, the full-cycle sales process, I document all actions I have with prospects, create tasks for myself, send emails, import prospects' from third-party partners into my contact database. It's a huge portion of my day being dedicated to working on HubSpot CRM.

- Manage and document the life cycle of all prospects.
- Links to my Gmail work email.
- Allowing access for others in the company to import contact info from other sources.
- Allow a function where you can link an email chain for a couple of emails then have separate emails (unchained) in the same sequence.
- It does a great job at showing me what copy and which customized sequences I've created are most effective in reply and click rates.
- This CRM does a great job at preventing prospects and tasks from falling into the cracks.
- I appreciate how it shows me how much revenue was obtained in a given week, month and year.
