Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. The interface makes it easy to manage and organize tasks, contacts, and automate actions. This facility allows for a straightforward onboarding experience, and you go from crawl phase to running phase very quickly, with very little formal training needed. At our organization, it does help that we have subject-matter experts on hand to guide us to navigate the system the first time around. At the same time, it's very easy to pick up, and the system is quite reliable for all the functionality that it delivers.

- When calls are made, sometimes it doesn't get automatically updated/logged as completed.
It's much more intuitive and user-friendly. The interface is easy to interact with and manage.
