Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM to reach out to a large number of inbound leads daily. This would require much more time & effort without HS's sequencing capabilities, which makes reaching large numbers of clients much easier and more efficient.
Pros
- Email sequences
- Recognizing email addresses which have failed delivery in the past
- Sequential & rolling view of tasks which makes it easy to work your way through
- Providing history of previous work with clients on the contact's page
Cons
- Being able to send sequences to more than one contact at the same time (rather than having to do each individually)
- Outreach to a greater number of contacts
- Ability to reach more people within less time
- Consistency in outreach approaches
HubSpot has helped align us with more contacts and therefore more sales. It helps us catch contacts who may not have responded to us the first time, but helps collect revenue on the second and third touchpoints, etc.
