Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot as a CRM. We use it to keep track of prospects, clients, customer service requests, and marketing activities. HubSpot allows us to effectively manage our sales pipeline, reach out to prospects with better messaging, and quickly address customer service issues.

I can confidently say that I prefer to use HubSpot over SalesForce classic and lightning. It's also years head of MagHub.

Best for sales and customer service. Can easily manage CRM activity, sales pipelines, and customer service requests. There isn't anything that I would say HubSpot fails at as a CRM.
