Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use this product to track leads, prospects, opportunities, and deals.

Pros

Cons

  • Additional features to phone app
  • Addition of text messaging to contact logging
  • Better mail bounce reporting
  • Reduces cost by automating daily sales task tracking
  • Increased sales rep adoption because of simple intuitive interface
  • Reduces cost by making it faster to send a personalized email with templates and sequences
It is 100x better than the in-house CRM I have used. It is 10x better than several of the other CRM products on the market (they were smaller than HubSpot and I don't remember the names). It is much simpler and lower cost than Salesforce (this is what have heard, not based on my own experience).
HubSpot enables strong alignment between marketing objects and sales execution.

HubSpot is great for running outbound email and phone sales campaigns; It is not so appropriate for detailed sales forecasting down to the SKU level.
