It is 100x better than the in-house CRM I have used. It is 10x better than several of the other CRM products on the market (they were smaller than HubSpot and I don't remember the names). It is much simpler and lower cost than Salesforce (this is what have heard, not based on my own experience).

HubSpot is great for running outbound email and phone sales campaigns; It is not so appropriate for detailed sales forecasting down to the SKU level.
