Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

As an early-stage SaaS startup, HubSpot has enabled us to drastically amplify the impact of our sales targeting and outreach via customized sequence and ongoing sales tracking. We have been very pleased with the experience so far, and continue to look towards HubSpot as our preferred CRM tool as our organization continues to grow.

Well suited for initial email outreach to companies and diving into analytics on sequence success. Less well-suited for ongoing customer management; perhaps since we have a smaller volume than some enterprise clients, but we have found it easier to track leads via excel than in HubSpot's native tools.
