I have used Close, Salesforce, Zoho. The best part of HubSpot is its ease of use and placement of all the fields and features. Unlimited reporting capabilities.

It's amazing, simple to use, and its unlimited reporting capabilities make it the best one to use for CX and Sales. The only good to have features in the future will be SMS feature and auto-sync excel report
