Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot for all things "client". Everything from sales to account management can be encompassed and displayed within our HubSpot CRM. This allows our team to "check the pulse" of our clients or potential clients, as well as take action from within the tool as needed. Personally, I use it on the sales outreach and marketing side.

There is a much more interactive and visible relationship between marketing and sales. HubSpot allows marketing to maximize their abilities, while sales are able to see these actions and do their jobs based upon that.
We selected HubSpot because the ease of use seemed to have an edge. Once we decided on HubSpot, we realized that we were correct, and we liked the interface much better.
