Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We originally began using HubSpot when my company transitioned from Outreach.io. As a tool, it is a revelation. Its Salesforce sync on the backend is terrific on its own; you could just see it as a nice skin for Salesforce. But its email tracking, formatting, and sequencing tools go beyond the pale. The customer support and educational resources are exceptional. And, it’s a treat to use. I cannot recommend HubSpot CRM enough.
