Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We originally began using HubSpot when my company transitioned from Outreach.io. As a tool, it is a revelation. Its Salesforce sync on the backend is terrific on its own; you could just see it as a nice skin for Salesforce. But its email tracking, formatting, and sequencing tools go beyond the pale. The customer support and educational resources are exceptional. And, it’s a treat to use. I cannot recommend HubSpot CRM enough.

  • Email sequencing and tracking
  • Salesforce sync isn’t perfect.
  • Scheduling tools syncing with AE calendars is inconsistent
  • It got me promoted.
Compared to Salesforce, it’s akin to the difference between a fax machine and an email.

HubSpot is terrific for email sequencing, scheduling tools, and engagement tracking. It is not as good as a substitute phone system, I believe.
