Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM helps us work more effectively as a sales team and track all our marketing as well. It makes us more productive and helps us do our jobs better! It's great for quick and effective task management (queues are a game-changer), pipeline management and forecasting, and helping us ensure we're using the most effective messaging possible when prospecting. It also allows us to easily learn from each other by seeing what messaging others are using and what's working well!

It's so much easier to use and more flexible than other CRMs! It is a lot easier to learn and customize according to your needs, and it saves me a ton of time by allowing for easier task management and more efficiency than other CRMs. I love that I can easily understand how to do different things or use the Academy if I need help. I also love that I can do so much from the app and stay focused. It is so easy to use and powerful.
Helped sales understand where marketing leads are coming from and improve our communication and collaboration between the two teams! We can test what messaging is working well and ensure the team is on the same page with what messaging to use. We can also get insight into where leads are coming from and who we should prioritize. It allows us to plan and collaborate well.
HubSpot CRM is so much easier to use and more flexible than Salesforce. I would choose HubSpot CRM every day! I love that HubSpot CRM is user-friendly, flexible, and powerful and makes it really efficient for me to get my work done. I also love that I can easily build reports and dashboards in HubSpot CRM and get the data I need along with all the contact, deal, and pipeline information I'm looking for. It's a powerful tool!

HubSpot CRM is a sales manager's and salesperson's dream. It's also fantastic for making inbound marketing and lead conversion simple and effective. I love it! It has been so helpful to me as an individual contributor to gauge my effectiveness, get through my task queue and follow-ups effectively, and reach out to many leads with data-backed templates and messaging. I also love how many integration options there are and how user-friendly the tool and UI are. Finally, it's great as a manager to have insight into what the team is up to and what's working, and overall metrics and performance.
