Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use everyday HubSpot to get in touch with our clients and keep an eye on our sales. It is very handy and easy to use. HubSpot also brings many informations and helps us to filter our clients as precisely as possible. I really advise every company to use it to help get more clients and focus on the best leads.

I, unfortunately, can not compare since I have only used HubSpot but as I can imagine, the most important thing being the Contacts and Deals management, HubSpot offers enough flexibility to answer the need of a big commercial company. There are always things to make better but as someone who uses it every day, I have to say I am very happy with it.
Its flexibility always us to work alone as far as in teams since we can share all data and filters within a specific team. This is definitely a plus especially working in Home-Office to be able to communicate and all look in the same direction. Cooperation is the main aspect of a healthy company.

Once you use CRM, you can´t stop. It is the place to go to work on our deals and maintain the contact between sellers and buyers. The messenger feature is very handy and allows a very swift conversation. It also helps us solve issues way faster. The fact that it communicates directly with HubSpot is also a big plus.
