Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot essentially for the marketing section and the sales one. The main problem is the low-rate adoption of the software, especially from the sales department. Currently, the marketing office is trying to implement different projects in order to make HubSpot CRM indispensable for other departments. The automation and reports sections are really helpful and intuitive.
