Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to grow our business by generating leads, managing pipelines, logging sales activity, creating workflows for engagement, and much more. Keeping track of the lead and its progress for revenue opportunities helps us serve our clients in the most efficient way and cultivate their interest in a timely manner.

I personally find HubSpot CRM the best around. It is highly user-friendly and doesn't require too long to familiarize yourself with. There are key features that make my day-to-day more productive and efficient. I love having the capability of making calls, syncing emails from Outlook directly into contact records, and organizing tasks.

I've worked with other CRM software companies that are quite cumbersome and not intuitive or user-friendly at all. HubSpot CRM really allows your team to hit the ground running. It allows easy implementation of specific fields for proper data based on company and client needs. Reports can also be quickly generated.
