Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is really user-friendly and there are a couple of things that I like about it. I like that they have premade sales template that I can get ideas from to use in my outreach. I also like the email tracking and their sequencing feature that allows me to send mass personalized emails. The call feature is also probably one of the best and can be easily integrated into the dialing system that I use or it can be used on its own. The main problem that I found was that they do not have a proper system in place that catches duplicate leads.

  • The system that is there to create a contact/company is lacking because this input field isn't specific enough to prevent duplicates especially when mas data is uploaded
  • The deal tracking feature has helped to prioritized deals which helps with conversion
  • Being notified of email opens also helps to increase revenue
  • Being able to integrate with my email consolidates email outreach and makes it easy to keep track of previous conversations
I have only ever used one CRM that comes close to HubSpot. All the other CRMs that I have used are lacking in some of the features that HubSpot has and so this meant that I needed to use multiple different systems to get my job done which was very overwhelming.
As I mentioned, HubSpot is one of the best CRMs that I've used. It is super userfriendly and has just about everything all in one place. HubSpot even has an Academy to provide additional training to help build various skills. The only thing that they need right now is a lead-gen feature. If they had this it would set them apart from all the others.

Their emailing and calling feature is probably one of the best that I've used. They make it very easy for me to know who has opened my email and this helps with follow-ups. One thing that I would like HubSpot to include as well as a lead generation feature. This would make them perfect.
