Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot as our all-in-one solution so sending emails, writing sequences, templates, account management, etc. General business problems it addresses include having a centralized location where we can store our data, utilize and complete specific procedural tasks and overall reach our sales goals.

  • Account creation/management
  • Domain names, avoiding duplication so certain companies that have .io or .com will appear as different entities while they necessarily aren't'
  • email validation is mostly accurate, but from time to time bounces occur on legitimate emails(not sure if this is a HubSpot specific problem)
  • Faster loading times, the system reminds me of Salesforce on occasion but with that being said it still is faster compared to Salesforce loading times.
  • Increased sales rep adoption
  • Clearer deal cycles and less hassle
  • Faster task optimization and management (for me personally)
It's definitely a lot more user-friendly, and not as complicated with just the right amount of robustness. It will ultimately be up to you as a user to reflect on how much functionality you need based on your team. I personally like it better than Salesforce because my team is much smaller than say an enterprise-grade company so my comparison would be for SMB-Midsize businesses.
HubSpot is just a lot user friendly and you don't have to hire entire engineering teams just to get your bang for your buck with the product.

If you have a large team and a good amount of data, accounts, leads, etc I think it's well worth it. The functionality lines up quite well for Mid-size businesses and I think we utilize most of its features to the full potential. I would not recommend this product if your team is
