Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is our main CRM database used by all of our employees. It houses all of our client's details and our business deals for our products. We spend about 90% of our day working out of Hubspot. It also integrates with our new Netsuite system to help drive our business.

Hubspot has a lot of advantages for companies. It allows users to customize deals and particular fields for ease of access. The automations are also a really nice feature to have for a growing business. Pipelines allow us to forecast our projected growth for the upcoming months and gives us a better idea of where our business is headed.
Hubspot allows our marketing team to target specific audiences and scenarios. It has allowed our marketing team to target clients that are prospects but haven't purchased yet with emails geared specifically towards them to help close a sale or inspire a new one.
Hubspot blows Salesforce out of the water with all of the customizable fields and workflows and integrations.

Hubspot suits our company as it expands and grows. It allows us to store all of our data and allows us to use the reporting tools to forecast upcoming growth and business data. It allows us to work more efficiently through the use of the workflows and pipelines tool, streamlining data entry.
