Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to manage and track all sales activities for our team, which includes finding marketing qualified leads, tracking and conducting sales outreach and managing the deals cycle.
- Integrations with other applications like PandaDoc
- Scheduling outreach
- Tracking deal movement and staying on top of deals
- More customizations with sequences
- Flexibility when building reports
- Integration with LinkedIn but I think that's a weakness on LinkedIn's end, not HubSpot
- Shorter deals cycles
- Less manual tracking
- Easy to read data
HubSpot makes it easy for marketing to engage with prospects that sales identifies as target accounts and has helped facilitate alignment between the prospecting and marketing processes. It also makes it easy to identify MQLs vs sales sourced leads, and makes the marketing <> sales relationship more symbiotic rather than silo'd.
Close.io did not have as much flexibility when performing outreach and we had to buy an external tool for it. Also, there were no reporting capabilities on a team-wide basis.
