Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to log customer activities and details. I also use HubSpot to log any internal activities related to our customer success journey. I use it daily and I wouldn't be able to do my job effectively without it. I'm able to easily log information about our customers which allows for easy documentation and tracking.
Pros
- It's user-friendly and easy to use
- I like how it looks and the layout is nice
- Lots of training features embedded
Cons
- I'd like to be able to show particular contacts when I'm in an account (like the contacts I most frequently speak with or who recently contacted me; right now it displays random contacts)
- It has saved me time in keeping organized with the customers I speak to
I'm not in sales or marketing so I'm unsure.
I really like HubSpot's interface and how it's easy to use and understand
