Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it to store customer data, set reminders to get in touch with customers, input deals, and amend when needed. Anything at all to do with the sales cycle of our product. As well as storing company marketing info and presentation materials
Pros
- Easily accessible information - easy to figure out where things might be
- Really easy to use in regards to setting tasks for oneself and also colleagues
- being able to send links to stored information/materials straight through email
Cons
- INTEGRATION WITH EMAIL NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED
- Make it so that you don't have to manually check if an email will be logged even if it's being sent through outlook
- The automatic location of where a lead if from is often very very off
- Unfortunately, this isn't the information I have access to. But I know as someone who works in sales that the management of tasks and reminders has allowed me to stay on top of deals massively. So not losing track of where I am with multiple deals definitely brings a lot of money to this business
Our sales and marketing work hand in hand. So allowing both departments to see the same dashboards and metrics in real-life timing is massively important. It also means we see the same info at the same time so react quickly to problems together
The name escapes me but having worked at BMW previously, HubSpot as a CRM system is LEAGUES above what I worked with previously
