Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to manage our leads, mainly inbounds, and some outbounds who opt in. We also use it for sequences and workflows.
  • Easy to view contact history/contact profile
  • Easy to manage sequences
  • Easy to manage calendar link
  • Email tracking is fairly inaccurate
  • Email templates often have glitches/display text in different fonts and sizes
  • Many limitations in terms of use
  • Increased pipeline managements
  • Increased email automation
  • Increased lead engagement
I have not used other software
This tool allows our entire teams to view the entire life cycle of a lead. Marketing can view the interactions that leads have with sales, and sales can view the interactions that leads have with marketing. This allows us to have a real understanding of the lead at hand and make appropriate decisions.

HubSpot CRM is well suited to clearly look at a lead's history. There are many options and it provides everything in an organized manner. However, the tracking tools are inaccurate and don't provide a real depiction of open and click rates. Furthermore, there are many illogical limitations on the platform.
