Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use Hubspot for every customer interaction - including calls, logging calls, booking meetings, logging meetings, setting tasks, and creating templates. In other words, no contact with a customer takes place without me using Hubspot to update, record and track. The overwhelming problem that HubSpot solves is providing a "single source of truth," keeps me on track, and allows my managers to see what I'm spending my time on.
  • Quick creation of task and follow-up lists.
  • Easy creation of email templates.
  • Accurate meeting/calendar invitation creation.
  • Segmentation of activity.
  • Ability to update and assign with ease.
  • Ability of meetings to be booked without default to a face to face meeting.
  • Ability to have more accurate data on sales and sales tracking.
I have not used any other CRMs.
Compared to using a series of spreadsheets, HubSpot is lightyears ahead!

Yes

I find HubSpot ideal for teams - since it allows multiple team members to collaborate on the same contact - be that personal or corporate. If the situation is not driven by a "sales outcome," then I'd say that many of HubSpot's features would be seen as less valuable than they would be to a salesperson, such as myself.
