Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We generally use HubSpot for inbound marketing. We run numerous automation workflows and manual emails through this. HubSpot is very flexible to use for both promotional and transactional emails. I have been using HubSpot for 2 years and more, I have seen many updates and those are helpful to speed up the work process. The best thing is we can automate internal employee notifications too if there is any action by the contacts, this makes it easy to never dissatisfy any of my clients.
