Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot helps us keep track of all of our prospects and nurture them from the beginning to the end of their interactions with us. We use the workflows to send emails and create tasks for the whole company from support to sales to engineering. Without HubSpot we wouldn't be able to have an actual relationship with our customers. Keeps us up to date and we also do our calls from HubSpot. It's pretty much an all-in-one for us. It's the software I personally use the most in my day-to-day operations working as a marketing/branding/sales executive. I can't really raise any issues with it, the only thing I would change is I would add the text message button on the left so it makes it easier for us to follow up with prospects instead of having to open the whole dropdown to the right. I know it's because it's not a native HubSpot feature it's with a third party but maybe HubSpot should add it in it's system. Then it's really all in one.

It's simply much better than them. It updates all the time and it integrates with pretty much anything else that you might need in the web to run your business effectively. It has so many features stacked together in one app, from emails to texts to calls to data to everything!
