Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot helps us keep track of all of our prospects and nurture them from the beginning to the end of their interactions with us. We use the workflows to send emails and create tasks for the whole company from support to sales to engineering. Without HubSpot we wouldn't be able to have an actual relationship with our customers. Keeps us up to date and we also do our calls from HubSpot. It's pretty much an all-in-one for us. It's the software I personally use the most in my day-to-day operations working as a marketing/branding/sales executive. I can't really raise any issues with it, the only thing I would change is I would add the text message button on the left so it makes it easier for us to follow up with prospects instead of having to open the whole dropdown to the right. I know it's because it's not a native HubSpot feature it's with a third party but maybe HubSpot should add it in it's system. Then it's really all in one.
  • Creating tasks for our salespeople to follow up with prospects.
  • Sending automated emails to our prospects.
  • Letting us record our calls.
  • Giving us detailed data on our work output.
  • Keeping track of customer objections so we can serve them better in the future.
  • SMS text messaging on the left, make it native.
  • Workflows can become a bit simpler, its UI is a bit annoying having to zoom in and out all the time.
  • Ability to create chatbots.
  • Helped us shorten deal cycle.
  • Helped us improve follow ups.
  • Helped us nurture our customers better.
  • Helped us increase revenue with its data.
It's pretty easy to use when I compare it with other CRMs. It's not easiest for sure but it's right down there with the easy ones.
It's simply much better than them. It updates all the time and it integrates with pretty much anything else that you might need in the web to run your business effectively. It has so many features stacked together in one app, from emails to texts to calls to data to everything!

When you want to build a complete sales system to store and nurture your prospects. When a lead signs up for your services on your website for example HubSpot comes in to put them in a database and have all of their data nicely laid out for you so you can make the right decisions. With HubSpot, you can take a prospect from a cold lead that showed interest to a buyer that loves you without your interaction if everything is set up properly. You can do pretty much anything you want with your prospects, send them specific emails, texts, create tasks for people to call them, set up follow-up sequences that go on for years. It's really great, without a CRM in general you can't run a business and HubSpot does a great job at it also because it integrates so many different platforms
