Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Cadences, forecasting, tracking conversations.

  • Adding contacts to deals.
  • Reporting.
  • Cost savings.
  • Not easy to track deals across diff pipelines.
It can feel quite clunky sometimes and isn't always the easiest to track conversations with multiple contacts. It can also be difficult sometimes to understand where notes are and I think this stems from some people putting them under 'notes' and some people adding them to specific emails (i.e.- where you're not able to see it at the top). Often, things go missing because people on the team have different preferences and it'd be much easier if there was a streamlined way of leaving them instead.

Cadences are great but tracking progress of them isn't always the easiest. Other platforms I've used allow you to easily see (from using a dashboard) how each cadence is going and make small edits (such as subject line or changing out a picture or video for another) and then you can easily track which has got the better response rate.
