Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot on a daily basis at work. It is my resource for all information on every prospect and customer with whom I work. I keep very detailed notes in HubSpot and it is a one-stop resource to go back and look up account information. If a prospect or customer calls and has questions on something we previously discussed or needs me to send the information again, I can easily look up the account in HubSpot and see all previous interactions (calls, emails, texts, etc.) and get the information I need quickly. Also, if there is a discrepancy in something that was said or relayed to another co-worker, I can review the account in full and discuss the status of the account correctly. HubSpot has proven to be an invaluable tool for me when working with my customers and prospects.
- Easy to look up account information.
- Allows tracking for multiple forms of communication (ex. email, calls, texts, etc.).
- Can be customized for specific needs.
- Allows ample space to include detailed/lengthy notes on interactions with customers and prospects.
- Shows detailed summaries of work (ex. number of calls made, number of deals closed-won).
- Organizes tasks easily and clearly.
- Easy to update and add account information.
- There should be more control over who can change "Contact Owner" and "Original Contact Owner" (right now anyone has permission/access to make these changes).
- HubSpot should allow more than one contact to have the same email address (for purposes of adding a 2nd contact to a company with a general email address).
- There should be some additional categories with logging a call (ex. "Call Outcome" - line is busy, disconnected, out of service, etc.).
- I can easily track my deals for the month to see where I stand in terms of commissions.
- I can track my number of calls to see if I am hitting my goals.
- It saves me time by having one solid resource to refer to for all customer and prospect interactions and data.
