Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it for sales and marketing. It addresses our lack of insight into prospects reading our messaging by letting us see who has opened a message. Additionally is serves as a repository for marketing and sales messaging. It also addressed an issue we had with pipeline visibility, now we have in depth reporting and analytics.

  • Less time stuck in deal stage.
  • More effective sales staff.
It is comparable, it has better features for tracking but fewer features for ease of use by sales team. Too much jumping around between accounts, contacts, leads, deals. I have used other CRMs where all can be managed in a single view making it easier for the salesperson to do their job.
It allows sales team to see what messages have been sent by the marketing team and to whom they went so sales is not going in blind to what the propsect already has been messaged. It also easily allows for the marketing team to create content and share it with the full sales team to make sure everyone is sending the same messaging.

It is well suited for a midsized company that wants to track sales and customer activities and manage pipeline, marketing activities, customer responses and set up automated campaigns and other outreach programs.
