Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM to organize my sales leads and ensure the proper flow from suspect to a closed account. HubSpot allows me to target the correct status of leads by giving me filters in order to call the correct people at the right time. HubSpot makes it easy to see where I am and where I'm going next with each lead.

  • Allows you to sort by Last activity so.
  • I know who I've contacted and when.
  • Allows for automated actions like sequences for email and auto un-enrolls after a response.
  • More options on handling duplicate leads.
  • Shorter deal cycles.
Compared to other CRM software, it's more user friendly to learn.

HubSpot CRM is well suited to handle the organization of leads as well as giving great visibility of what stage they are in. I would not use HubSpot CRM as a tool to keep track of carriers alongside of customer leads. Although you can label the carriers and filter them out, I believe it should be used independently for both.
