Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is a great place to organize all your information for your company and your customers. Keeping it all together and having it be sharable to everyone in the company. We also use it to keep track of appointments or tasks. It truly has made our customer service stand out as we are able to have great communication and record-keeping.
  • Records and collects data on customers/students.
  • Using it to track emails and daily appointments
  • Track automated emails and setting up sequences for said emails
  • Overview of sales, emails, open rates, responded emails
  • Great way to track when remote employees login and work
  • I am still learning but I use it every day in many different aspects and so far haven't had any complaints or issues.
  • Helped with deadlines & created calendar events with reminders
  • Tracking automated sequences
  • Tracking companies we work with as well
We have really enjoyed this software so far and learning each day that we use it with training our employees.
We are able to track these better and see the results with the tracking percentages.
I haven't used others as I am new to this industry.

I had a student call in regarding his courses. As I kept a good log of our phone calls, I was able to better assist him and see even when others had emailed him. Having it all in one general location where we were able to really see the entire situation made it easier to move forward to best help his needs.
