Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We upload all potential clients within the system, monitor and track correspondence, and finalize all deals within the system. We have also linked performance dashboards to track progress throughout the sales cycle for individuals as well as the entire sales team. Some of the issues we have run into with our experience thus far include the ability to split deals between more than 5 people and the ability to change the main contact on a deal.

It has allowed sales and marketing teams to recognize and target specific industries that are yielding the best return on investment. With this ability, each team is able to individually and collectively hone their efforts of outreach, allocation of funds, and overall approach for growing in the right direction.
