I utilize HubSpot for my daily activities, i.e. calls, emails, and any outreach to prospects or customers. Additionally, I use HubSpot for my sales forecasting, quotes, and tracking. I can start with a prospect and follow that prospect from first outreach to close of business and beyond.

- Needs up to the second activity report.
- There appears to be no distinction between a lead vs a contact, only contacts in HubSpot.
- Building reports isn't easy.
