Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to keep track of my daily tasks, log all conversations with prospects and clients through calls and emails and it builds a repository of data as to my progress and performance. It helps me keep track of my sales and next steps with prospects and clients.
  • Logs information.
  • Categorization and organization.
  • Provides helpful tips.
  • Have an option to log texts.
  • Be able to add additional phone numbers easily. Email already has this option.
  • Be able to colour code based on priority and/or probability.

Great for sale tracking but can use some work on customized tracking and organizing.
