Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to manage our sales pipeline and also for our inbound conversation with users. Apart from this, we use it to call out to users across the globe and also initiate email sequence based on user actions to personalise the user experience. We also use it as a email marketing tool to stay in touch with our subscribers and reward them with offers.

  • More options in configuring email sequences based on user actions.
  • Better sales pipeline visualisation.
  • Easy to track user interaction.
  • Ticket management made easy.
I have not used other CRMs.
It does wonders as Sales and Marketing team can analyse all the user interaction with the brand and kind of weave them into a journey and story to find the paths taken by user while becoming a paid user.

HubSpot is well suited for enterprise companies as they will need all the features that they have to offer. Being a startup, not all features are useful to us and that is why we are not able to use it to the best of its ability. It can also provide pay as you go model in pricing so that users can select what things they want and customise their plan accordingly.
